SantiaGoToRome

The SantiaGoToRome project involves developing and promoting the longest “slow” travel itinerary of Europe: around 3,000 km to do by foot and by bicycle, combining the Camino de Santiago and the Via Francigena.
The idea comes from the Slow Travel Association (Associazione Movimento Lento), that has for years dedicated itself to spreading “slow” travel. We want to inform the hundreds of thousands of people who walk the Camino towards Santiago every year that it is possible to go “against the current”, towards Spain, France and then Italy along an amazing path.
